Solution:
At first login to your desired server mentioned in the question
ssh steve@stapp02
sudo su
Then edit the httpd conf file
vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Add the two lines
ServerTokens Prod
ServerSignature Off
Then search for FolloSymlinks and remove the Indexes. The final settings will be
Options FollowSymLinks
Finally start httpd and check status
systemctl start httpd
systemctl status httpd
